This week weāre spotlighting this fantastic game by New Folder Games. They are really proving to be one of the best AR/VR game developers in the world right now! I feel like they are on their way if not already to pass Owlchemy Games!
This game you get to play dentist and nail salon technician to giant TITAN sized clients. The interactivity is SUPER FUN and just filled with a laugh a minute. The controls are precise and intuitive and silly!
I found myself wanting to help āone more customerā over and over again. Really the perfect family game. Hint: if your kids head is too small for the band you have, they can wear a beanie to make their head bigger š Just remember to teach your kids this is JUST A GAME! And their adult teeth wonāt be repairable! I highly recommend this game and itās definitely worth the price of admission of $9.99

Paper Birds - experience (YouTube)
Thanks to the Paper Birds team I got to try their game and recorded some of the experience for you all to see! Itās definitely one of the most polished and well directed experiences on Vision Pro!
I havenāt tried this yet, but my Game Dev team are going to try it out and see if it can be useful to use for creating Spatial Mockups. Might be fun.
Controllers for AVP (YouTube)
Weāve talked about these before but looks like Surreal Touch are getting closer to launch and sending samples out to creators! I havenāt gotten one yet but Iām not bugging them as my Game Studio isnāt planning on supporting them at this time.
They are still only using it with PCVR games being streamed to Vision Pro. But surreal has told me that a native integration dev kit is coming soon.
Have to admit it is very cool to see Beat Saber and Half Life: Alyx being played āonā Vision Pro though! You can totally see how gaming is going to be HUGE on this platform!

Thought Control Magic for Vision Pro (CNBC)
Neurotech startup Synchron has connected its brain implant to Appleās Vision Pro headset, enabling patients with limited mobility to control the device using their thoughts. The company is working to make its BCI accessible to patients who cannot speak or move their upper limbs. Synchronās BCI is inserted through a patientās jugular vein and connects to an antenna under the skin, collecting brain data and sending it to external devices.
